Sageview is a company that offers various consultancy type services to strata schemes and strata managers throughout NSW and QLD. Based in Sydney, we are specialists in what we do, and our inspectors have been servicing the strata industry for over 15 years. We provide Capital Work Fund Plans, Asbestos Management Plans, Work Health & Safety and Building Insurance Valuation reports. All our reports include a site inspection by the inspector who also compiles the report, they are then emailed in PDF format. Direct contact with the writer is not only possible but encouraged to ensure you receive the service and support we are offering.

​​CAPITAL WORK FUND REPORTS
​Sageview will compile a Capital Work Fund Budget for the common areas of the property using our exclusive report format that has been developed to ensure the Strata Manager and Owners Corporation receive the information in an easy to read format which includes graphs, charts and tables. The 15-year plan will provide for long-term maintenance and repair of the building as well as replacement of common property items.

Sageview manage the refurbishment and upgrade of strata buildings. Examples are buildings needing window replacement, roof membrane replacement, balcony upgrades, lift upgrades, main foyer and lobby refurbishments, swimming pool and recreation areas upgrade and façade refurbishments. ​
whs Reports
​Sageview provide a Work, Health and Safety Report determining whether the Common Property areas of a strata scheme and associated facilities and plant represent a significant hazard to persons working upon or utilizing said property facilities or plant. The report is based upon a visual inspection of the Common Property areas and confines itself to identifying and assessing the hazards and risks associated with the static condition of the common property on the day of inspection and recommending control measures to minimize the risks. 
asbestos management plans
Our Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) and Asbestos Register will identify and report on asbestos containing material (ACM) located within the Common Property areas of a strata scheme and associated facilities and plant. ​
dilapidation reports
​Our Dilapidation reports are commonly used to assess and record the condition of assets, roadways and buildings before construction commences. All our reports consist of photographed items that are accompanied by a description and a location identified on a diagram 
Building Insurance Valuations
Sageview will provide an opinion of a building replacement estimate associated with the reconstruction of the building. The report is for insurance purposes only and is not intended to be an assessment of the market value of the property.
