Dilapidation Reports

Our Dilapidation reports are commonly used to assess and record the condition of assets, roadways and buildings before construction commences. All our reports consist of photographed items that are accompanied by a description and a location identified on a diagram.

​The reports are compiled in colour with a PDF copy emailed followed by a hardcopy if requested. We have provided Dilapidation reports in the past for many building contractors, strata complexes, government projects and private entities.
