Sageview manage the refurbishment and upgrade of strata buildings. Examples are buildings needing window replacement, roof membrane replacement, balcony upgrades, lift upgrades, main foyer and lobby refurbishments, swimming pool and recreation areas upgrade and façade refurbishments. It is important that the works are completed to a high standard in accordance with specifications and contractual agreements. This can only be achieved with constant supervision and co-ordination which we can provide.  We structure this service in the following stages,
